Conditions: Tours will operate for a minimum of 6 persons and maximum of 12 persons. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to departure. Should the minimum number of participants not be achieved for the walk you will be offered the option to change to a future date or a full refund of deposit monies will be made.

Cancellations: 
- Up to 30 days prior to departure - Full refund
- Between 29 and 14 days prior to departure - Deposit forfeited
- Less than 14 days prior to departure - Full monies payable
